Morning free — afternoon / evening shift
Morning free days are your best creative days. Protect that morning block like it's a meeting you can't cancel.
Wake up
No phone — water — get moving
4 litres starts now. No social media for the first 2 hours. Non-negotiable, every single day.
30 min
Study one high performing ad
Facebook Ad Library or TikTok Creative Center. Dissect the hook, structure, and angle before you start creating.
2–3 hrs
Ad creation block
Main creative work session. Statics or video bounty. Phone away, full focus. This is the most important block of the day.
30 min
Learning / strategy study
Course material, community calls, copywriting, creative strategy. Absorb something new before you leave for the shift.
Pre-shift
Gym
Keep it under 60 min. This energises you for the shift — don't skip it because you're rushing.
Shift
Theatre work
Show up, do the job, get paid. This funds everything.
The day's real work is already done before you walk into that theatre. That's the mindset.
Morning shift — afternoon / evening free
Afternoon free days are trickier — fatigue from the shift is real. The gym after work is the reset button that makes the evening session possible.
Wake up
No phone — water — get moving
Same rule every day regardless of scenario. Don't negotiate with yourself on this one.
Shift
Theatre work
Get it done. Be professional, don't burn bridges — these people are still paying your savings fund.
Post-shift
Decompress — eat — reset
30–45 minutes only. Don't let this bleed into the whole afternoon. Eat, breathe, change clothes.
—
Gym
Gets the physical energy out and sharpens your focus for the work session ahead. This is the pivot point of the afternoon.
30 min
Study one high performing ad
Do this before opening your own project files. Gets your eye calibrated before you start creating.
2 hrs
Ad creation block
Shorter than morning sessions but still meaningful output. Aim for one solid, complete piece of work.
30 min
Learning / strategy study
Wind down the work day with learning rather than drifting onto Netflix or your phone.
If you skip the gym on afternoon free days, the evening session will not happen. Your brain needs that reset — don't test it.
Full day off — no shift
Full day off = your most important day of the week. One of these done right is worth three half-hearted afternoon sessions.
Wake up
No phone — water — get moving
Full day off means full output day. Treat it with the same seriousness as a day you have a shift.
30 min
Study one high performing ad
Start sharp, not scrolling. This is how you prime your brain before the main session.
2.5–3 hrs
Ad creation — morning block
Best creative window of the week. Push for a full bounty submission. Don't let yourself off easy just because there's no shift pressure.
Midday
Gym — eat — walk outside
Full reset. Get daylight on your face. This is the break that makes the afternoon session actually work.
1.5–2 hrs
Ad creation — afternoon block
Second session. Finish what you started in the morning, or begin variations on the bounty.
30–45 min
Learning / strategy / community
EcomTalent Discord, weekly calls, course review, job board check. Stay plugged into the community.
Evening
Switch off properly
You earned it. Full days off are your highest output days — protect them from laziness, but also from burnout.
This is the day that separates people who escape from people who stay stuck. Protect it from distractions, late nights the day before, and the temptation to treat it like a weekend.
Post night shift — recovery day
Post night shift is NOT a lost day. The two study blocks keep your streak alive and your eye sharp. But forcing creative work on zero sleep produces bad output and leads to burnout.
Morning
Sleep — properly
Don't set an alarm unless you absolutely have to. Your brain did physical and mental work all night. Let it recover.
After sleep
Water — food — daylight
Get outside even for 15 minutes. Reset your body clock. Eat a proper meal before you do anything else.
30 min
Study one high performing ad
Low effort, high value. Passive learning counts on recovery days. Watch, absorb, take a note or two.
30 min
Learning / strategy study
Reading, watching, listening. No heavy creative output today — but stay in the mindset.
Rest of day
Recover fully
No gym. No forcing a creative session. Tomorrow you need to be sharp — that starts with today's recovery.
Rest is part of the plan. The people who burn out aren't the ones who take recovery days — they're the ones who don't, then crash for a week.
